Guidance, help me to become aware of what is triggering me in person xxxx. Write down all of the things that you become aware of. Then do the shadow work and eft process and shift those beliefs. Also, add a belief that you allow people to make choices that suit them and not let it affect you or whatever you have going on. You understand that people have their own journey.
Ask Guidance to help you look for any place where you are concerned with hurting people's feelings or people-pleasing at the expense of your own self. Do the work to shift those areas and institute new beliefs that allow you to be yourself and show up as you desire and saying what is important to you and know that it benefits yourself and those around you.
When I am around people I desire to feel xxx and xxx. And begin feeling those feelings and imagining interactions like that and step into major gratitude for it being how it is for you.
